We are not drinking herbal tea and trying to levitate.

We are a group of moms, dads, accountants, golfers, runners, doctors, teachers, yoga studio owners, starving students… even football players! Real people from all walks of life. What brings us together is our passion to use yoga to help change lives both on and off the yoga mat.

Karma is Action is a yoga-based fundraiser in which yoga students commit to taking as many classes as possible within a thirty-day challenge. Students’ efforts are sponsored with a financial contribution from friends, family and co-workers, raising money for programs, services and advocacy.

As we have evolved, so has the scope of our mission. To truly help our kids, we must also begin to clean up the environmental causes which contribute to cancer and other childhood diseases. To that end, we are proud to announce that we will be adding an environmental cause to our list of beneficiaries.

We don’t know what life will bring us, but we do know that we can help affect the journey of life for others.
