By registering, you are also confirming that you have been deemed healthy and physically able by a medical physician to take yoga and embark on the physical exertion a yoga challenge requires. By registering you relinquish the right to hold Karma is Action, participating yoga studios, members and founders responsible from any and all injuries which may occur during your challenge. You certify that you are physically well and are suffering from no medical problems, conditions, impairments, diseases or any other illness that would prevent your participation or increase your risk of injury and or illness as a result of partaking in any exercise and or yoga program. You, your heirs, or legal representatives, do hereby waive and release Karma Is Action, its teachers and employees from any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from your participation in any activity associated with Karma Is Action. Whew! And you thought yoga was hard!
